Participants will learn about the gender pay gap, the bidirectional and intersectional effects of gender stereotyping, and how to recognise and address gender-based harassment, sexual harassment, and physical and psychological violence.
LGBTQI+ advocates have developed our LGBTQI+ Equality course to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to promote equality, safety, inclusion, and respect for individuals belonging to the diverse group often referred to as "LGBTQI+".
The Neurodivergence in the Workplace training is designed to provide employers and colleagues with the understanding and skills necessary for creating a supportive and neuro inclusive workplace; one which enables people with neurodivergent and neurominority conditions to feel valued, respected, and more psychologically safe to the benefit of all staff.
Our anti-racism session is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the complex issues surrounding racism and how to actively work towards dismantling it.
