Donna has successfully designed and delivered equality, diversity, equity and inclusion (EDEI) training and consultancy services for over 25 years.

Donna worked with Challenge Consultancy for over 20 years; as Training Director she was responsible for managing the training and operational teams, including internal and freelance consultants, business development and client relationships, designing and delivering a wide range of EDEI courses, project managing consultancy work and developing new products, including eLearning. Prior to her role as Training Director, Donna was Challenge's Training Manager and a freelance trainer.

Donna built Resolve Evolve after Challenge was sold in 2022; her aim is to work with like-minded consultants and trainers who are passionate and committed to delivering high quality services at affordable prices with, and for, organisations that are committed to change.

Donna started her career in housing, completing a Surveying BSc(Hons) followed by a Housing MA at the LSE.
