Previously a careers counsellor, Angie has always been fascinated by the relationship between Individual and Organisation – that is, when and how this connection works,and the reasons it often doesn’t.
Angie is now an experienced training and development professional. Her specialisms are inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, addressing bullying and harassment, and reverse mentoring. As a qualified psychometric assessor, Angie is also accredited to use a wide range of psychometric tools including Hogan, WAVE, OPQ and MBTI.
Angie holds an MSc in Leadership Development(Distinction) and is an ILM-accredited coach.
Her multi-sector portfolio includes local, central, and regional government, the civil service, the law, professional and financial services, theatre arts,higher education, charities, television, media and publishing, technology,transport, and pharmaceuticals.
Angie has worked internationally and across professional boundaries – everything from housing caretakers to UN diplomats.
Whether Angie is designing process or content, facilitating workshops, or offering guidance and consultancy, everything is informed by her cultural intelligence and by the principles of best practice in EDEI.
