Course Description

This interactive eLearning module ensures staff and managers understand the key concepts associated with harassment at work, and specifically sexual harassment. It includes the expectations of the duty under the Worker Protection Act, and considers the environment needed to ensure staff are able to work at their best.

This module sets out the key concepts and the expectations of all staff. It includes:    

•       Harassment and the protected characteristics (including a short review if already known)

•       Defining sexual harassment

•       Types of behaviours, including victimisation

•       Impact

  • The duty
    • Overview
    • Expectations: Proactive
    • Reasonable steps
    • Specific policy/aims/goals
  • Taking action, including challenging
This module will be available in May 2025.
It builds on the foundation module, and includes:
